HOW TO OVERCOME FAILURE

Failure is something which we go through in our daily life....We can't have a piece of cake without being tangled with failure and frustration...It is universal truth that "Failure is stepping stone for success"..."SUCCESS IS 99% FAILURE"....If u want to be successful then first u have to be a failure.. Great peoples exemplifythat..Achievement is something that we cannot achieve overnight..
TO overcome failure , things which i consider to be most important :
* Accept failure as a lesson..Don't get exasperated..
* Logically Analyze why we failed..
* From the analysis, never make the mistake which you made..
* Give another shot enthusiastically..
* Stay positive until u reach your goal or vision...
* Fallback can come in handy.. so it is advised to have...
In the entirety ,failure mould us to a new shape, behaviour, attitude and will enable us to realise the life..

Top 25 Social Networking sites

Interesting information from Compete.com that shows Facebook surging past MySpace in Monthly Unique Visitors and that Twitter has moved from #22 to #3 in the rankings of the top 25 social networking sites by monthly visits.

Facebook is now the most visited social network, with nearly 1.2 billion visits in January 2009. That is an increase of 36% over December, and 256% over the previous twelve months. MySpace slipped into second place at the end of 2008 and since September of that year has been seeing visits levelling at about 810 thousand a month.

The big winner in the social networking area has been Twitter which jumoed from the 22nd most visited social network at the start of 2008, to third most visited in January. A growth of 1,227% in 12 months.

top251

So Twitter.com is the big mover in the last twelve months, gaining 19 spots. Other big winner was Flixster (up 12 spots) a social movie review site. Two social networking sites that are going backwards are Bebo and Hi5.

One of the key metrics that Compete measures revolves around the activity of the user base – visits per unique visitor and time on site. While Facebook has excelled in both areas, MySpace has remained flat or fallen off, with new hot property Twitter climbing the ranks.

MySpace is still the clear number two player in the big categories, but its trends in some key areas aren’t quite so dominatingl and, at least in those areas, they could be looking up at more than Facebook soon.

IMPORTANCE OF VISION

Vision is a tremendously powerful force in any walk of life. A vision is a target towards which he or she aims energy and resources..It excites peoples emotions..Vision adds mean to our life..Vision is an imagination about future which enforces us to work for it..Vision can glue people into one..

In the book of proverb it is assumed that "Where there is no vision ,the people perish.."Vision creates leadership... A great leader things differently...A man cannot prosper and grow without vision. For leader it is not a dream but a reality which is yet to come into existence...Vision brings confidence and dedication to devote long hours for years to bring it into existence or reality....Vision teaches three "P" to us... U may wonder what are they, it is nothing but "PERSEVERANCE,PERSISTENCE AND PERFORMANCE"...vision guides us in a particular direction...Many people never have vision because of fear of failure...but one thing they never understand that great leaders are through thorns, pains, severe criticism etc....A famous word from wilson that"I have failed many times than you've tried..."He says that failure is unavoidable and essential part to success...It doesn't matter how many times we fail but do we try again...willingness to confront and deal with failure is an attribute to success to vision..

So i request my friends to have vision to have a successful and meaningful life...
Have a wonderful winter season....
